	Glenn Bindley, President & CEO Glenn is an Electrical Engineer and MBA who brings 25 years of design, product marketing, business development and executive management experience in the telecom and semiconductor industries. He was a founder of PMC-Sierra, Inc. and grew a highly profitable division with sales exceeding $200M per year. Glenn has extensive experience in product marketing, building strategic business relationships, and successfully managing high growth businesses.
	Dr. Henry Chen, Director of Detector Characterization Henry has more than 15 years experience in solid state radiation detector characterization and fabrication and has published more than 40 papers. He previously held senior positions at Saint-Gobain Crystals, and Fisk University/NASA.
	Dr. Graeme Macaloney, VP Operations Dr. Macaloney has more than 20 years of experience managing advanced manufacturing operations. Most recently, he served as the president of QSV Biologics, a biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing company, where he grew QSV to a global mid-tier contract advanced manufacturing company in the competitive North American market-place and achieved profitability in three years. Dr. Macaloney was also the group leader at Eli Lilly and Co., where he revitalized and built their advanced manufacturing process development group in support of de-bottlenecking operations, increasing productivity and reducing costs.
	Bob Redden, VP Research & Development Bob is a metallurgical engineer with more than 30 years experience in semiconductor materials process development. He holds 5 patents, was founder and President of Crystar Research (acquired by Honeywell) and was a senior manager at Cominco Electronic Materials Division. Bob has a remarkable track record of successful compound semiconductor materials process development which will ensure Redlen achieves its breakthrough CZT process development goals.
	Eric Erikson, Chief Financial Officer Eric is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in CFO and senior management roles. Eric was most recently the CEO of successful venture backed metals recycling company Steel Pacific, which was acquired in 2010. Eric has an extensive background in finance, strategic planning and operations in volume manufacturing & production organizations.

	Ken Spencer – Chair Ken Spencer co-founded Creo in 1983. Creo grew to be British Columbia’s largest technology company with over 4,000 employees in BC, the United States, Europe and Israel. Ken retired as CEO in 1995, remaining active on Creo’s board through its Nasdaq IPO and until its acquisition by Kodak for over $1 billion in 2005. For over a decade, Ken has been an active angel investor in BC and has served as co-founder, chair or director of numerous technology companies, educational associations, and institutions in BC. He is currently on the boards of emerging companies Bycast and Sirius Genomics, is a member of the Board of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), is chair of UBC’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Committee, and is on the Council for UBC’s University Liaison Office.
	Dr. Edmund F. Becker, JR, PhD, Director Dr. Becker has more than 40 years of executive and management experience in the high growth OEM medical products industry. From 2005 to 2008, Dr. Becker served as the executive vice president and chief operations officer at Analogic Corporation in Peabody, Massachusetts. Prior to that role, he was vice president/general manager of its OEM Medical Imaging Products Division, responsible for management of the organization that grew to become the largest and most profitable business unit in the Company. During his tenure at Analogic, Dr. Becker played a key role in the profitable growth of the company from $10M to $450M revenues.

	Colin C. Harris, Director Colin is Chief Operating Office of PMC-Sierra Inc. Colin is a founder of PMC-Sierra, has served as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since February 2007. Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations at PMC-Sierra from July 2004 and Vice President of IC Technology from May 1997 to July 2004. In 1992, he became PMC’s Director of Operations and subsequently Director of Quality Assurance.
	Hans Knapp, Director Hans is Partner and General Counsel, Yaletown Ventures Fund. Hans co-founded Yaletown Venture Partners in 2001 and brings 15 years of legal counsel, corporate governance, turn-around, and investing experience to the Yaletown team.. Hans leads Yaletown investments in Redlen Technologies and Cogent Health Solutions. Prior to co-founding Yaletown, Hans was Vice President of Investments and Corporate Counsel for Brigill Investments, a private Vancouver-based venture capital firm. Earlier in his career he practiced law in the commercial litigation group of Borden Ladner Gervais and held a prestigious judicial clerkship at British Columbia’s highest court, the BC Court of Appeal.
	Maria Pacella, Director Maria is Investment Manager, Information Technology with Growthworks Capital. Maria previously worked for an investment bank in mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries including financial services and technology. More recently, Maria worked at an interactive media firm assisting the company in operational activities and strategic initiatives. Maria has a degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Maria sits on the boards of Genologics Life Sciences Software, Redlen Technologies, BuildDirect.com, Colligo Networks and Adnavance Technologies.
	David Raffa, Director David is COO and Partner of BC Advantage Fund. David is a mergers and acquisitions specialist, having been involved in dozens of M&A transactions in his career. As Chairman of ActiveState Corp, David led the sale of the company to Sophos PLC of the UK in September 2003. As co-founder of Amorfix Life Sciences Ltd. David helped grow the company from inception to the completion of an initial public offering. David began his career as a scientist with an environmental engineering firm before becoming a corporate finance lawyer specializing in the technology sector. David currently serves as a director, officer or advisory board member of a number of private and public technology companies. In 2004, David was named as one of BC’s top 25 “New Elite” innovators in the technology industry by BC Business magazine.
	Eugene Siklos, Director Eugene is the Lead Investment Manager of EDC Equity’s Venture Capital Direct Investing team. EDC’s Equity program focuses on developing small- and mid-sized companies that want to grow their business and “next generation” exporters and exporters that are seeking to go global. From 2004-2008, Eugene was a Managing Director of Canterbury Park Capital (and a predecessor, Quantico Partners), a private equity firm with committed equity capital of $170 million. Prior to that, he was an investment banker for 14 years, 12 with Morgan Stanley in New York and Toronto.
